A Reputed Pharma Packaging production unit is looking for Assistant Manager -Production at Chhindwara (Madhya Pradesh)
Exp :- 7 to 8 years
Salary :- Up to 4 LPA
Job Description :-
1. To procure adequate Ram/Packing materials as per monthly production plan.
2. Standardization & development of Mixing process and rubber compound formula to reduce cycle time and increase productivity.
3. Complete developmental activities of rubber compound, including testing and release for process.
4. Meet the production schedule as per export & domestic market requirement.
5. To prepare yearly/monthly production plan and execute it.
6. To take correction and prevention action based on IPC test and customer complaints.
7. To prepare SOP or and WI for all manufacturing activities and to review/update once in six month or as per the process change in any.
8. Preparation of QM Co-ordinate for control of documents , quality records .
9. To assist Director in Up gradation and new equipments in the plant.
10. To identify and procure resource requirement in plant.
11. To identify the needs of training among the supervisory staff and workmen and impart of training
12. To maintain the quality of the product at each and every production process.
13. To make new formulation as and when required.
14. To make new product development.
15. Knowledge of rubber machine.
